The goods ordered (purchased) in our Company, you can return (exchange) within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", if this product does not fall into the list of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange (return) in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172.

Mandatory conditions for the return or exchange of goods:
1. The goods must be fully completed.
2. Presence of original and undamaged packaging and labels, factory seals, protective packaging on the product were preserved, and for goods in disposable (blister) packaging - the packaging should not be opened;
3. The product has no traces of exploitation;
4. The presentation of the product was preserved, namely there were no mechanical damages, scratches, abrasions;
5. There was a cash register receipt (invoice) for your purchase of this product;

At the same time, consumers are obliged to:
1.before using the product, carefully read the operating rules set forth in the product documentation provided by the manufacturer (seller, executor);
2. if it is necessary to clarify the conditions and rules for using the goods - before using the goods, contact the seller (manufacturer, contractor) or another person specified in the operational documentation who performs their functions;
3. use the product according to its intended purpose and adhere to the conditions (requirements, norms, rules) established by the manufacturer of the product (performer) in the operational documentation;
4. in order to prevent negative consequences for the consumer of using the goods - apply the safety measures provided by the manufacturer in the goods in compliance with the special rules provided for in the operational documentation, and in the absence of such rules in the documentation - adhere to the usual reasonable security measures established for goods of this kind.

It is possible to return a good quality product and collect money if all the above conditions are met and a similar product that the buyer needs is not on sale.
Upon termination of the sales contract, settlements with the consumer are made based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase.
If at the time of exchange of a similar product is not on sale, the consumer has the right to either purchase any other goods from the available assortment with a corresponding recalculation of the cost, or terminate the contract and get money back in the amount of the value of the returned product, or exchange the product for a similar one at the first receipt of the corresponding goods for sale. The seller is obliged to notify the consumer on the day the goods go on sale, who requires the exchange of goods.
Refunds are made in a manner similar to the payment method on the day of return or, in the absence of money at the cash desk, within 14 banking days.
To return / exchange goods, you need to have with you:
a document confirming the purchase (cash register receipt or invoice);
warranty card, quality certificate;
plastic bank card (if the payment was carried out by it);
government-issued document that certifies identity (passport, driver's license)

Note:
In case of return of goods of inadequate quality, the Company assumes the shipping costs. To do this, you must provide a receipt for the shipment of the goods.
If the sent goods cannot be returned, the Company is forced to send them back at the expense of the buyer.
If the product does not work (damaged), exchange or return of the product is possible only if there is a conclusion from the service center authorized by the manufacturer that the operating conditions have not been violated.
Note to amateurs from time to time to take the goods "for hire" and then return them back as unsuitable, if the seller has doubts and wants to conduct an examination that will show that the goods were in use, the hapless fraudster will be legally denied exchange or return of goods.
