Terms and conditions of warranty service and technical support
We provide full warranty and service for all products supplied to the market. We provide a 12 to 120 month warranty for all our equipment. We guarantee during the warranty period to carry out the warranty repair of equipment or replace the failed equipment with a new one. The warranty applies to all equipment components included in the delivery, except for consumables.
The warranty period starts from the date of sale. The date of sale is the date of registration of the shipping documents and / or the date of filling out the warranty card.
1. Terms of warranty support:
Warranty obligations mean free repair of components and products during the warranty period or their replacement with similar ones if repair is impossible.
Equipment is accepted for warranty repair if the required documents are correct: a branded warranty card indicating the serial number, date of sale, the stamp of the trade organization and the signature of the buyer, as well as in the presence of documents confirming the purchase.
The hardware warranty is limited only to manufacturing defects and does not apply to the following cases: routine maintenance during routine maintenance, including diagnostic and adjustment work, as well as the destruction of disposable items and the consumption of other materials during maintenance, normal wear of any parts, natural aging and destruction coatings of parts, paint layer, rubber parts as a result of environmental influences and normal use, minor deviations not affecting the quality, characteristics or performance of the equipment or its elements (for example: noise, squeaking or vibration), damage to equipment as a result of loading and unloading or transportation, costs associated with the inability to use faulty equipment, wasted time, electricity costs, raw materials costs, telephone costs, transportation costs, loss of income and other business losses.
Equipment damaged as a result of natural disasters, natural disasters, fires, domestic factors (transportation, improper operation) and other situations beyond the control of the Manufacturer is removed from the warranty service.
Any (any) changes to the equipment are allowed only with our written consent. Otherwise, the equipment is removed from the warranty service.
In the absence of documents confirming the guarantee, the goods are accepted for a paid examination (identification). If the service center is able to establish the origin of the goods, and it is accepted for warranty repair, only the cost of identifying the goods will be paid. If the product cannot be accepted for warranty repair (the product is not identified, the warranty period has expired, etc.), the service center may offer a paid repair of the product;
The completeness and safety of the purchased equipment is checked upon delivery at the warehouse. After issue, claims for incompleteness or violation of the integrity of the equipment will not be accepted;
The buyer shall bear the cost of delivery of the equipment for warranty service;
If the examination of the product does not reveal a malfunction declared by the customer, the customer undertakes to pay for the testing of the product.
2. Procedure for warranty service
For a prompt solution of the arisen problems, you need to fill out an application for repair. In the application, indicate the number of the warranty card, describe the malfunctions and the conditions for their manifestation, and also indicate the telephone number, surname and name of the contact person. A service representative will contact you to clarify the timing and scheme of further actions.
